Downgrade torna a 3,55 è sempre possibile utilizzare le seguenti operazioni:
Scarica il 4,25 downgrader PUP. Download: 4,25 Downgrader Dimensione 176MB (184.595.263 byte) MD5: 49d80e07fc1f5ca1b0840e02e94635db
Rinominare il file scaricato in "PS3UPDAT.PUP" e metterlo sul vostro USB in: "USB \ PS3 \ UPDATE \ PS3UPDAT.PUP"
Mentre Ruggier CFW4.21, andare a System Update da XMB e installare il 4,25 CFW downgrader.
Una volta installato, ora mettere "Ruggiero CEX-3,55 CFW V3.7" su USB in: "USB \ PS3 \ UPDATE \ PS3UPDAT.PUP" Download: Rogero CEX-CFW 3,55 V3.7.PUP
Avviare la PS3 in Recovery Menu (o l'uso Condor Updater per console Slim) e installare "Ruggiero CEX-3,55 CFW V3.7" (dal menu di recupero, questo è importante)
Una volta che l'installazione è terminata, si è di nuovo in Ruggier CFW3.55 v3.7 (da qui è meglio dehash di nuovo prima di installare qualsiasi altro OFW / CFW 3.55)

2- Download the Rebug QA_Toggle package from here ---> toggle_qa.pkg
3- Put the "toggle_qa.pkg" on USB and Install it on the PS3.
4- Run the "Rebug Toggle QA" from XMB, the screen will go Black and you will see HDD Led activity then if all went fine you will hear one Beep and the PS3 will Restart back to XMB.
5- If you want to make sure QA flag was set, go to "Network Settings" then apply the following key combo (all at the same time):
L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down
You should see Edy Viewer, Debug Settings, and Install Package Files if done correctly.
6- Now that you have QA flag set, Turn Off your PS3 and Turn it back on but into "Recovery Menu"
This Step is very important, it have to be from "Recovery Menu" and not a normal Update from XMB or the PS3 will Brick.
Here is how to access it:
a. Turn off Playstation®3.
b. Turn it on and keep Holding The power button down; The system will turn on and turn off once again.
c. Once the System has been shutdown, Turn it on again and keep Holding The power button down (you will hear 1 beep first, keep holding) until you hear 2 consecutive beeps
d. When you hear the 2 beeps take finger off power button.
e. You will be prompted to plug in your controller via usb and then hit the PS button
f. The Recovery menu will pop up.
g. Last Option #6 is what you must use "System Update"
Alternatively you can simply use CondorStrike's Updater package to enter Recovery Menu directly from XMB without going through the boot sequences. --> Condor Updater v2.0
7- Now you must have any 3.55 OFW or CFW with original (non Patched) LV1 in your "USB:\PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP", here's a link to 3.55-Kmeaw --> kmeaw355.PUP
8- Select the last option of the Recovery Menu --> System Update, then when prompted press and hold "Start+Select" for 5 seconds to start the update.
Once finished the PS3 will restart into XMB with the Syscon hashes reset back to 3.55 in both "ros0" and "ros1" and your PS3 is back like any original/non Downgraded PS3 that can use any CEX/DEX Fw without having to worry about disabling LV1 checks.

Cosa significa riabilitare il lv1?
"Dehash la PS3" (Reimpostazione SYSCON) ecco il modo per far tornare la nostra ps3 originale (non declassato o corrotto)
Guidai:
1 - Dopo aver completato il processo di downgrade con Ruggiero Rogero CFW 3.7 installato e funzionante, assicuratevi di avere il drive Blu-Ray collegato o il pacchetto di QA Toggle non funziona.
2 - Scaricare il pacchetto QA_Toggle Rebug da qui --- toggle_qa.pkg>
3 - Mettere il "toggle_qa.pkg" su USB e installarlo su PS3.
4 - Eseguire il "Rebug QA Toggle" dalla XMB, lo schermo diventa nero e vedrete Attività HDD Led poi, se tutto è andato bene si sente un segnale acustico e la PS3 si riavvia e torna alla XMB.
5 - per controllare se QAFLAG è stata impostata, andare su "Impostazioni di rete" eseguire la combo seguente (in contemporanea):
L1 + L2 + L3 (stick premere a sinistra) + R1 + R2 + dpad giù
se eseguita correttamente appare il menu debug
6 - Ora che avete impostato QA flag, Spegni la PS3 e Riattivalo in "Menu di ripristino"
Questo passaggio è molto importante, deve essere da "Menu di ripristino" e non un aggiornamento normale dalla XMB o la PS3 Bricka
Ecco come accedervi:
un. Spegnere Playstation ® 3.
b. Accendilo e tieni premuto il pulsante di accensione: il sistema si accende e si spegne di nuovo.
c. Una volta che il sistema è stato arrestato, si accende di nuovo e tenere premuto il pulsante di accensione (si sente 1 bip prima, tenete premuto) fino a sentire 2 beep consecutivi
d. Quando si sente i 2 bip togliere il dito dal pulsante di accensione.
e. Vi verrà chiesto di collegare il controller tramite USB e poi premi il tasto PS
f. Il menu di ripresa si aprirà.
g. Ultima opzione # 6 è quello che si deve usare "Aggiornamento del sistema"
In alternativa si può semplicemente usare il pacchetto di aggiornamento CondorStrike di entrare Menu di ripristino direttamente da XMB senza passare attraverso le sequenze di avvio. -> Condor Updater v2.0
7 - Ora si deve avere 3,55 OFW o CFW con l'originale (non con patch) LV1 in "USB: \ PS3 \ UPDATE \ PS3UPDAT.PUP", ecco un link a 3,55-Kmeaw -> kmeaw355.PUP
8 - Selezionare l'ultima opzione del menu di ripresa -> System Update, quindi, quando richiesto premere e tenere premuto "Start + Select" per 5 secondi per avviare l'aggiornamento.
Una volta terminata la PS3 si riavvierà nella XMB con l'hash Syscon ripristinate a 3,55 in entrambe le "ros0" e "ros1" e la PS3 è di nuovo come ogni PS3 originale / non deteriorato che può utilizzare qualsiasi CEX / DEX Fw senza doversi preoccupare di disabilitazione LV1 controlli.
